PRESCHOOL!

Addison started preschool 2 weeks ago through a holiday program the city was offering. It is Monday thru Thursday for 3 weeks. We thought we'd try it to see if she was ready. If you remember, we had a couple of traumatic experiences in the past with daycare so even though we felt like she was ready this time, we weren't really sure until her first day. She was so excited to officially start school and make some new friends and she did great (and was having so much fun playing, she didn't even say goodbye to me the first day). I have gone a couple of times to drop her off and pick her up (normally my mom does it because I am at work - thanks Bes!!) and seeing her sitting at the table listening intently to the teacher brings tears to my eyes... it makes me so proud!
